Help! Cant get through on-line or over the phone!

I cant get through on-line. I keep getting " this offer is no longer available"

and now I get "All lines are busy, please try your call again later" Has anyone gotten through in the last 1/2 hour?

This is frustrating. Do you think they will sell out this morning?

I finally got through. Sounds like we may be on hold for a while. I'm enjoyning the music though!

Yes, I got through in the last half hour. I was on hold less than five minutes. I was changing a reservation I made earlier this morning. Now at 7:00 this morning I was on hold for one hour and 18 minutes before I got through.

While I was on hold I tried one more time to get through on-line and it worked! I got the ASMu 9-22 to 9-30. 2 adults one child 1677.73 with free dining.



I am so excited!

Did you have any problems getting the free dining? I'm trying to change an existing reservation to include it.

I got through to someone but she said the computers are still down and she could not help me. I was able to make one of my 2 reservations online but i had to include the dining int he price and am trully hoping it comes back out.

I just got through too and they said they are enhancing there computers to call back in an hour.

I just hung up. The computers are down now for a while. Luckily, our guy had about 3 minutes warning and was able to upgrade my reservations to the free dining. Saved me almost $1000 w/ free dining. I did have to move my reservations from Pop to AS Music/standard location. I've never stayed there before. Pop was already completely booked for the number of rooms they had alloted for free dining. I hope the standard rooms at AS Music aren't too far away from everything.

Movies were not available when the computers went down a little while ago. The only value resorts available at all were AS Sports with a preferred location, which I did not want, or AS Music/standard location. I'm just too happy to have the free dining again at all.
