Help! Can't download Ding!

Hey, everyone! I know I have seen this question on here before, and I know the DISer's will be able to help! My sister is trying to download Ding, but cannot get it to load. She says there is an exclamation point on the icon...thinks it is because of their firewall.????? I know I have seen some people giving advice to load Ding using the "back door". Any one have any advice? Thanks so much!

I'm not sure if this will help. Have her right click on the icon and hit connect now.

We have the same issue. I have tried deleting and redownloading numerous times and still no luck. I have just about given up!

Me Too! It was so frustrating. While I got it to download, I could not get the ding to register. I'm guessing a firewall issue too! but I can seem to resolve it. After several hours I was so totally frustrated I just uninstalled the program. I went into every help screen possible and still no resolve for me. You guys are not alone. BTW....I'm on AOL if that is any help.
