HELP! CANCEL? RE-Book?

When we were in the planning stages for this year's trip I asked my Mom & Dad if they wanted to go. They weren't able to at the time. So, made & paid for my ressies to CBR for my family of 5 (dh, myself, dd8, dd3, ds1). The thing is my Mom says she can come now. Should I just get her a room at CBR or try to get other accomodations for us all? Does anyone know whether I could switch my ressies for another resort? I was thinking WL? Unsure what to do now.

Yes, you can call MS and they can work with you. They should even be able to see if theres room elsewhere before calcelling what you've got.

You could switch....but if I were you...I would just add her a room. It is cheaper and one of your kids (or two) could sleep in her room. More room for everyone AND 2 bathrooms is a godsend!

I believe WL only allows 4 plus 1 under 3. GF, Poly, YC/BC and I believe BWI will allow 5 plus one under 3. You will have to pay for an extra adult. I would get her a room at CBR and ask for connecting rooms. They should guarantee it with 3 kids.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking I should do. It would be cheaper just to get her a room than to book at a larger place.
