HELP!!!!! Can Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster be exchanged?????

Here's my dilemma.........

About 3 weeks ago, I purchased 4 tickets for Lion King in Baltimore (8/23 show). Then came the wonderful Free Dining option and I booked it for 8/21 - 8/26, forgetting, in my excitement, that I already purchased the Lion King tickets.

So, I have no intention of cancelling my Disney trip, but hate to lose out on the $250+ I've invested in the tickets. Does anyone know if they can be exchanged for another date or am I stuck trying to find a buyer???

I just recently had a similar situation except my investment in tickets was only about $40. Anyway bottom line is that all tickets purchased through ticket master are non-refundable and non-exchangeable at least that's what i was told.

I was also under the same impression--non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Can you sell them? How about on e-bay? Even if it's just enough to cover what you paid for them, it's worth a try.

Im not guareenting you but previously Ive had things come up and they have refunded or switched my tickets for another day- I spoke to the customer care department and explained my situation!! Good luck and keep us updated

Not GTYing anything either but Lion King is pretty popular so MAYBE they may exchange or credit you the money towards another event. Give it a try, can't hurt... also try ebay, atleast to get your money back. If I lived closer I would have bought them.

I've also gotten TM to refund tickets when I bought the wrong day. It was on the condition I repurchase tickets for the correct day, which I happily did. Never hurts to ask.
