HELP!! Can any DISigner do something on the fly?!

I know this is last minute, But i have friends leving for a trip on Monday, and we were looking at pics of our recent trip and my friend commented on how much she loved my kids shirts. I really would like to make each of her kids a shirt, and I would love it if one of you guys could design something on the fly do I can get it to her before she leaves!
I am just looking for:
A Toy story or cars name fill design with the name Alex
and
A first trip tee with the name Emily

can anyone help?
