Help? Can’t make park reservations. What am I doing wrong?

I just bought tickets and have followed links on both my emailed tix and the app to make park reservations. The page just goes dead. My week is filling up Fast, don’t want to be stuck with tickets and no availability for the parks we want…

Did you link the tickets to your My Disney Experience app or account online? Once they are linked, it should work. If they are already linked, log into tour MDE account and try to make park reservations from there.
