Help! Booking CRT first time!

Hi,

We are looking to book a Breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table for our October trip. Last time around we did not do any Disney ADRs so we're looking for the expert's help to make sure we get what we need!

Questions -

Is it easier/better to book on the website or by phone?

If by phone what is the number and cost from UK?

We are planning on MK on the 12th October, what day can we book this?

On that day what time (UK time) will the booking line open/website be available?

You can book on 15 April - online opens at 11am and phones at 12 noon.

I would try online first you should have no problem

I would imagine that you should get the reservation booking early, don't hang around, its a very popular reservation. We book it as early as possible to get our preferred times and dates.

If it's the 1st time you've used the on-line booking have a practise run, so you can do quickly October is quite quiet; and that day is rated as low crowds on Touringplans.com (1.1 about the lowest you get for Magic Kingdom) so favourable conditions. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Cheers! Just clarifying the 180 day calculator says I can book on the 14th, not the 15th. Which is it?

There is one ADR calculator that is always a day out. I have just double checked and it is the 15th.

I don't think you will have any issues booking - I booked CRT for June (a higher crowd time) and checked a week later and I could still get the same time and date

Yes my first day is the 11th and my ADR window is the 14th so yours is definitely the 15th

To update -

This morning at 11am I booked CRT breakfast online for our day required at 8.10am!! easy peasy!

Now I have a couple of other questions regarding getting us into the park for this reservation! We reckon we will need to be at MK by 7.15am

1. what time does the MK parking lot open?
2. what is the transport from the parking lot to park entrance like at that time? (does the ferry run? how long does the monorail take if only the resort monorail is running?)
3. We have e-tickets - is there a desk open at the park entrance at that time for us to be able to exchnage for our actual tickets before our reservation?

We booked ours last night for 8.10am too and I was wondering how much time to allow. I think we will drive to MK as the buses won't be running that early, but have no idea of how long to allow as we have always taken the bus to MK.

If you have an ADR for a time that is before rope drop, you can still enter the park. There will be a separate line (to the far right of the entrance) you enter that line and they will let you into the park (we have done this for CP) All the Disney transportation runs well before park opening, but be careful with the monorail, we have been caught out when using the monorail with certain services not running.

You stole mine! lol I logged on at 11am and my laptop decided to freeze on me! Refreshed the page, entered my details at 11:05am and all times before 9 were already gone!! I got 9:35am Hoping we'll still be allowed in before rope drop just so we can get that magical photo in front of the castle with no crowds

Really? I've just tried a dummy booking for the 12th again and can get availability right up to a party of 14 for 8.20am at the latest
