Help! Booked a last minute August trip and need help with plans.

So today I was able to book a last minute quick trip Aug 28-31 (3 adults) staying at Pop. I know I need to be more flexible and I’m not a first timer. My most recent trip was Dec 2016. My “must see/dos” this trip are:

MK: Happily Ever After Fireworks
AK: all things Pandora + Rivers of Light
HS: Star Wars Fireworks

Anything else will be a bonus, and I’ll try to hit my favorites (Soarin, BTMM, etc.). I would like some input regarding park hopping and which parks will be busiest. Here’s what I have so far:

Mon Aug 28: flight lands 10:54am, magical express, get to MK ASAP. I have 3 FP selected and plan to see fireworks. (love to kick off trip at MK)

Tue Aug 29: AK rope drop FoP (wasn’t able to get FP)
FP EE 10:10-11:10
FP Navi 12:20-1:20
Hop to HS? Try to get extra FP here, then stay for Star Wars Fireworks, plus that Movie Magic thing.
Hop to Epcot for EMH?

Wed. Aug 30: EP rope drop Frozen
FP Soarin 9:30-10:30
FP Spaceship Earth 10:40-11:40
FP Mission Space 11:45-12:45
Hop to Animal Kingdom? Possibly extra FP? Rivers of Life this night standby at 8:45pm
Hop to MK for EMH?

Thurs. Aug 31 check out, flight home

Questions:
- Am I allowing too much Animal Kingdom? Am I overestimating how much there is to do in Pandora?
- How feasible is it to hop TO Epcot after the HS Star Wire Fireworks (9pm) for EMH from 9-11pm?
- How feasible is it to hop TO MK after Rivers of Light (8:45pm) for EMH from 9-11pm? MK is my favorite park, so ending the trip there would be fun.
- Should I flip flop my days and do Rivers of Light on Tues and Star Wars Fireworks on Wed? Not sure crowd level wise.
- Am I over thinking all this?

It's an ambitious schedule, but doable. You might want to consider taxi/Uber from AK to MK to avoid any bus delays since those parks are at the opposite ends of property (and perhaps get dropped at CR and walk over vs dropped at TTC and having to wait for ferry/monorail). It's usually faster to walk from DHS to Epcot unless you see a boat coming in to the dock as you're leaving DHS.

It doesn't look like you have too much AK scheduled since you are there for specific reasons each time.

I would consider doing Na'vi right after FOP and maybe using your 3rd FP for something else.

Thanks for the input. I've changed and rearranged my plans multiple times already...

I think I'm getting closer to what will work for us. I don't want it to be too chaotic, so this advice is helpful.
