Help Book my trip

Hi everyone, I am just burnt out, so I need your help booking my trip.
Ok here's the info Looking to go Sept 1-5th , I am a little flexible with the dates. 2A 2C we already have AP passes and DDE. I also have DVC but I would have to borrow more points (so I would prefer an AP rate when they become available). I think we could use a car(I have an entertainment book if you see a great rate), but willing to try ME. Other option is airfare...willing to fly within 1.5 hours of Albany NY. I really appericate all the help!!!
Also should I use DU to help with keeping an eye on the AP rates (and do they book SW)? TA

I love DU and have booked thru them 3 times now. Their service is excellent and if you have an AP, they will work to getyou the room discount when they're announced. I would definitely go to them to book the room. It saved me a lot of stress doing the calls myself. They also booked my PSs, which saved me time and long-distance charges for calling Disney DIning.

As far as air travel is concerned, I'm not sure whether DU books using SWA or not. I've always handled my own air arrangements, mostly because we use FF miles but also because I like to retain control that part of the ressie. I did a quick check at SWA and they're showing $125 one-way ALB to MCO. I ran the same dates thru SideStep.com and the cheapest was USAir at $276 RT. I'm not sure what other airports are within 1½ hrs. of Albany, so I couldn't check other rates. My own inclination would be to booK the SWA flight of choice and then download DING! in case there are any special rates that come out. SWA has a lenient policy with regards to ticket changes.

If you're even thinking of renting a car, make that reservation as soon as possible. The rates will fluctuate over time but you're looking at a holiday weekend and that always drives the cost up as the date approaches. Even if the rates go down, you can modify or cancel a car rental ressie with no penalty. Going with ME would certainly be cheaper than renting a car but I would reserve a car anyway. The reviews for ME have not been very good so far (read the comments on MouseSavers and the transportation board. I would continue to monitor the service and keep that option open.
