HELP!! Big Family-walkie talkie's??

this year we'll be going to disneyworld with a family of eight and ofcoarse with the different age groups we'll want to split up eventually. we we're curious on how the walkie talkie's work and what's the best kind to get?? or...is it even woth it???

We had the walkie talkies with us on our trip last month. My Dad did not think they would work well, but DH bought some anyway. Turns out Dad was impressed. We did have to change channels a couple of time, but it was easy to find a clear channel. Just make sure you get the ones with all the sub channels. We would use them all day then put them in the charger at night. They worked all the way across all the parks.

I am looking for the same help. tricia: if you don't mind my asking what brand did you get? I am off in a bit to circuit city to buy some, and I just don't know what to get.

We have Cobras. I think the 235's. It had 14 channels and then sub channels too. I would make sure you get the sub-channels.
