We will be arriving on Sunday July 15 and had planned to visit MK Monday the 16th and Epcot Wednesday the 18th does that sound good or should I reverse them? I thought with MK having their late night for resort guests on Sunday night that maybe it would be quiet the next morning, I am wondering now if that might not be the case or maybe the MK will get really busy in the evening on Monday night. Help! I would love to hear any opinions. Thanks

I wish I could find it, but there was a list for the parks busiest days. Monday was MK's busy day. :sad1: BUT, I wouldn't let that ruin your plans. It probably doesn't make too much of a difference:)

Id love to hear this information, Does anyone have the link or know what days parks are typically busiest?

I would love to have it! It was a year or two ago I had read it. I have tried to find the info again on the web but I can't. There are lots of guesses what days are busier, but no real facts. I did read that Tour Guide Mike knows which days are busiest at which parks if you have the money to find out! Good luck!:)

According to Birnbaum's Walt Disney World 2007 book, Monday is the busiest day to visit MK. I would think the reason behind this would be that most families fly in on Sunday, so naturally the park that they want to see first on Monday is MK.

I know I read somewhere that Epcot was least busiest on Sundays, but I just can't find the source for the life of me . . . I think it was in The Unofficial Guide to WDW, but I just can't find it in there. Anyway, Epcot has worked for us on Sundays and has proved to be crowd-free on Sundays 2 vacations in a row!

Wednesday is a great day to visit MK . . . most people who started their vacation on Sunday have already been there, so there's hardly any crowds. As for MGM and Animal Kingdom, I have no idea about crowd patterns. I'd just say any day that any of the four parks has extra magic hours is not the right day to visit that park! :goodvibes

Sure, ya get an extra hour in the park, but when it all adds up, you end up doing the same amount of attractions as you would for a day that didn't have EMH, because of the extra crowds. (For proof . . . remember on previous trips how those bus lines where is the mornings for parks that had EMH that day? And then the parks that didn't have EMH . . . well, the bus line is basically empty.)

So, stay away from parks that have EMH for the morning, Epcot on Sunday, any park but MK on Monday, MK on Wednesday (not Monday!)

In my experience the MK is crowded on weekends starting on Friday. If you want to go on Monday just get there when the gates open. You can get a lot done in a couple hours. Then you can leave or just take in the scenery.

Oh, yes, I forgot to mention the weekends! . . . basically you have to be prepared at any park on Saturday to be super crowded . . . Sunday's not so bad, MK might be crowded, but MGM and Epcot are good for Sunday. But just brace yourself for Saturday!
