Help before canceling Cali Grill Brunch

I know I will need to officially post this in the June Cancel Thread, but I’m not sure the best way to do it.... after reading the guidelines, I don’t want to mess anything up or do anything wrong.

I have a coveted Cali Grill Brunch that I’m canceling (I stumbled upon a better time). Should I cancel and then let the boards know, or should I post an exact time and day that I’m canceling? It is for June 2nd for 8 @12:15. Am I even allowed to post this? Help!

Oh MAN! We just changed the dates of our trip, but I had been trying to get that brunch FOREVER. Someone’s going to be super excited.

You just post what reservation you’re planning to cancel (restaurant / date / time / number of people) and then if someone wants it they will PM you to coordinate a time for you to cancel.

I don’t have many posts, so I don’t believe that is an option. That’s where the confusion is for me.
After thinking about it, I will give a time and day, hopefully someone can be on ready to get their family a reservation!
