Help! Auto Insurance Discount Question

Four of us need to take the Defensive Driving course to reduce our insurance rates. Thinking of doing it online and the insurance company recommends two- one offered by the American Safety Council (no quizzes or tests) and one by the National Safety Council (preview looks good but has quizzes and tests). Has anyone taken either? All recommendations/thoughts appreciated!
