HELP--Anyone know TourGuideMIKE?

I signed up for membership at TourGuideMIKE.com. I'm hoping to find someone who knows how to reach this guy because I've been charged, I've received an email confirmation, but I cannot log on to the site. The site "does not recognize this user."

I cannot find any links to email addresses or contacts on the TourGuideMIKE.com site. All I have is the email confirmation, to which I have sent a reply explaining my situation, but as of now I've heard nothing back from anyone.

Any ideas?

He must have a glitch cause he was very helpful and quick replying to some questions I had. I really enjoyed his site.

Yep! The problem was exactly that....a glitch. The problem is in the process of being resolved. HE caught the error and got back to me as soon as he noticed. I look forward to utilizing his website very soon!
