Help!! Anyone have a Palm m130??

Mine has seemed to overcharge on occasion. This would be resolved by letting it sit off of the cradle and within a day or so I could do a soft reset and it would work again. For what ever reason, this is not working this time and it won't even come to life if I've put it on the cradle and tried to use it in concert with the backup on the computer.

Any suggestions would be so appreciated. My whole life is on this thing.

Nope - got a M150. Don't have any issues with it at all, including charging.

I do have a Palm m130 but I haven't had any issues like that with it so can't really give you much advice. Is it still under warranty?

Oh... and you said that your whole life was on the Palm Pilot, so I just wanted to make sure that you are hot synching (doing a backup) on the computer of everything on your Palm Pilot, right? (A little late to be asking now I guess since you can't get it to "come to life" but I sure hope you do have that backup!)

Thanks for asking, yes, I do hot sync regularly. But... last week my os decided it didn't want to play either. Had it in the shop for a week and they were able to salvage the palm folder - thank goodness. You won't believe that it seemed OK except now I realize that appts with dates are three hours early and entries without times are one full day early. I was able to figure this out when I took DD14 out of school for an allergist appt Monday @ 1pm. We're sitting there waiting and everyone else is being taken into the office. I finally asked if there was a problem and they said her appt was for 4pm.

I have an M130 also but I have never had trouble like this. Occasionally, it freezes when I use certain software but I just soft reset and it's fine. There is an excellent discussion forum at palm.com. Someone there may be able to help. Here is the link
