Help and Advice for Birthday trip in June

Hi Guys

Its been a while since Ive been on here but I have always found it useful.
I went to DLP with my friend Lauren in Nov for Xmas and its was amazing absolutly loved it! Dreams is the most amzing thing i have seen at Disney!!
So when i came back and after showing my other half the videos and photos hes now crazing me to go!! (who i am to complain!! He's never been before and is a little bit of a Disney buff now )

So, my hope is to go for 3 days in June. Ive already got the week booked off work but we are on a very tight budget!! We want to go 19th-21st (21st being my birthday!!!)
Our plan would be as follows:
Drive over, hopefully save up Tesco Clubcard vouchers to go toward the eurotunnel so that will only be a small price to pay on top.
Ive driven twice before so i know what the drives like.
How much are the tolls roughly both ways??
We want to stay in any hotel, not too fussed about a disney one but want a cheap one pretty close.
Does anyone have any good recommendations?? or any sites that you usually use??
Im going to buy a dream annual pass as i know im gonna be back within the year lol and that gives me the excuse! Plus the discount will be useful. The best price ive found is £168 roughly, can anyone find better?
And then my other half gonna just get a 3 days ticket, which cheapest for £117. Again can anyone find better??
We really need to keep the price as low as possible so any help would be much appreciated!!

Have you looked on CE Multiavantages or Promoparcs for annual passes? I'm pretty sure they were charging around 159 euros for Dream passes and 125 for Fantasy passes. Do you definitely need a Dream pass or would a fantasy one do?

For room only prices have a look at Expedia however if your other half isn't getting an annual pass it might be worth pricing up a one person package with Disney too see how it compares. I got a really good deal for September by booking via the Belgium site as they have better offers for short terms stays at the moment. 2 nights for one person at the Sequoia Lodge with tickets is costing us around £360 which is almost the same as the room-only price on expedia.

How easy is it to get annual pass from those companies you said about?? im always a bit dubious as dont understand french and have to google translate everything!

And with regards to the one person stay at disney how would i then add myself? would i do that at check in? and would i then have to pay extra? sounds like a god idea! Thanks

For adding a person, you simply book as a single person, then when you check in, tell them you are adding another person to the room and all you will have to pay is a very small tax payment.

The first company mentioned is very easy, my friend (also a DIS member) did this recently and got a free child pass with her adult pass, so they are well worth a look. Carrie Cat is an expert on translating

Don't forget to add on the joining fees and postage to buying a AP from the 2 companys. For one AP it's maybe not that bigger saving

There could well be a flash sale where Fnac, Ticketnet and Carrefour will offer Fantasy AP's again at 119€ and you'd only have 50cts extra cost for printing them off at home
