I need help!!! My family and I are going to Disney in October. We currently have a split stay book at Disney World. However, we have decided to change our itinerary...and, honestly, I'm kind of tired of paying Disney prices!! :lmao: We are doing the first three days at Disney. Then two days at Sea World and another day a Discovery Cove ( so excited!). Our last night there, we are doing MNSSHP. So, we are staying on site the first three nights then switching to an off site property. Since I've only stayed off-site one time (and it was a QUICK weekend trip), I need help deciding where to stay. So, I'm open for suggestions!! Just a quick note on my family: it will be me, DH, and DDs ages 14 and 10. DD, 14, is in a wheelchair so we need something that will not be difficult for her to navigate!

TIA!! :thumbsup2

I would consider Wyndham Bonnet Creek. There's a long thread that has quite a fe pics and reservation options. We've done on-site for the past 7 visits, but with 3 teens (12, 14 and 16), price definitely becomes a large factor. I just posted what I'm paying for our 5 night vacation today. I know it's a long thread, but lots of useful information that guided me into making this decision.

I would recommend checking out homeaway.com and vrbo.com. The prices that they give you are great and they are very reliable! We just booked a 3br 3ba for $450 a week! We looked into disney and saw how much they were charging:scared1:needless to say it made me crazy and sick about spending that much money. I hope this helps you! Good luck in your disney travels.

ps. Allot of the properties also have reviews already! Good luck!

OP not to hijack the thread, but can I ask how far out was your trip? I am trying to figure out the time frame for getting a deal for our trip. Thanks!

for the OP homeaway.com also seems to be a good forum with prices and this link has a map of where these places are in proximity to DW and SW

Good Luck:goodvibes

You may want to take a look at HGVC Parc Soleil. It is a brand new property and has a nice hotel like setup with the space and amenities of a villa. It also has a parking garage which is really nice in inclement weather. It is also quite close to Sea World.
