Help! Alternative Meeting Place to BCV Solarium?

We are staying at Beach Club Villas, and we were all set to have a casual meet for our 35 wedding guests in the Solarium ... on Super Bowl Sunday. I just called to check, and they'll be showing the Super Bowl in the Solarium right when we told everyone to be there - it's gonna be packed!!

Anybody have any suggestions for alternatives?

You might be able to reserve Ariel's. But you may have to pay to do that.

You could gather in the Breezeway, but many other people will be walking through the Breezeway from the parking lot to the Villas.

How about around the quiet pool at the villas? That should be pretty empty. Should be okay unless the weather is bitterly cold (Local Info: in Florida, that's below 70).

There is the Drawing Room off the BCV lobby but it might be too small for 35 people.

Oooh! Thank you for all this info! Good to know about the Breezeway, and if it's above (Florida) freezing, the pool area could be nice! I will also call about the Drawing Room and see if they'll be showing the game in there too (I can see all the guys perched on those little kiddie chairs in front of the TV they show cartoons on )

I'm still open to other suggestions, too - fire away!

Somewhere I have a picture of just that at the GF. Grown men in the little chairs watching a football game. It was probably the rose bowl as we were exploring the resort Christmas week. It was one of those times you stop and turn around to make certain you saw what you thought you saw -

How about the beach in from of the BC/YC?
