HELP! Almost in panic mode, why would MS call be to discuss our upcoming trip 11/20?

I just now listened to my phone messages from today. There was a message from a Camille in MS. She needs to talk to me about our upcoming trip this Saturday 11/20. WHAT FOR??????

She can't be calling to say there is a problem with the points, can she? I would HOPE they would not call 5 days before the trip to say there is a problem with our points and we can't go.

My hair is turning gray as I sit here, I can feel it.

Has this ever happened to anyone before? Can you give me some insight as to why she would be calling?

I know, OKW is overbooked, so they want to see if we can stay at the Grand Floridian with concierge. Wishful thinking, right? BWAHAHAHA

What size room do you have reserved? OKW? Maybe they are overbooked. I've heard of grand villas being overbooked due to one being out of service for maintenance and they offered two 2 bedrooms instead.

I have a 2 bedroom booked, so maybe they want to put us up ina GV, oh, that would be a tough decision, I would have to take the 5 days to think about it.

Actually, would they call us first to upgrade or downgrade? Wouldn't they just do it at check in?

7 night trip, all at OKW 2 bedroom villa.

Hmm...I was thinking if you were scheduled to switch room types that they might have worked it out to stay in one (the bigger one). My guess is Chuck's answer (some kind of survey). Or an offer to do a SSR tour, but that would probably come from a guide.
I can't imagine that they are overbooked on 2 bedrooms, OKW has so many.

You can tell from the time of this post that I got alot of sleep last night, huh? To top it all off, the message from MS was in "saved messages" the call had come in at 10AM. My DH had to of listened to the message(he denies it, but it jumped over to "saved" all by itself?) and he never told me! I could of called them yesterday afternoon, and avoided hours of stress. UGH, MEN. (sorry guys)

I can't imagine that they are overbooked on 2 bedrooms, OKW has so many.

Not to be a bearer of bad news, but I couldn't get a 2 bedroom at OKW for the first week of Nov. I was on a waitlist, which never came through, for 2 months. OKW was booked solid I understand the week I was there (as were all the DVC resorts).
Let us know what you find out.
