I have been checking airtrans website. they are starting to offer 49.00 fares.
last night fare leaving mco was 102, now it's 49. problem is, fare leaving phl is at 79. while thats still a good rate, was hoping for 49. just called airtran and they told me they have less than 50 seats left. (1/2 the plane)
should I wait a little longer and hope for 49 each way, or should I book now, with 49 one way and 79 the other? Im afraid if I don't book, the rates will go back up!

I would think with the fuel costs going up, airfare will too.

With the rising proces of fuel! I would book while it was low tommorrow it could be more again! I booked USA3000 back in May out of phila for our End of Oct Vaca and I got $59.00 each way! It was awesome! Now they are up to $69.00 and $79.00 each way I believe! So I would defrinitely lock in a rate!

What are the rates thru SWA? Do they fly out of PHL? Try them and you may get the $49 flights you're looking for. They just announced a system wide sale.

I agree with others and suggest you book now with either AirTran or SW. With fuel costs climbing the airlines will have to pass this along to the passengers at some point.

What are your dates? Southwest has $49 each way until November 17th. They actually come up at $45 dollars each way when you purchase them. I don't think you'll find airfare much cheaper than $90 rt, I booked with Airtran on my flight down so I am stuck with the $79 - but we are returning on Southwest so I received my credit on Tuesday from SW (we have 11 seats reserved so I have a $330 credit with Southwest) Good Luck !!

I'm heading to WDW next May, and the cost of flights through US Airways, Delta, United, etc. is "sky high". I'll have to remember less expensive options like Air Tran, USA 3000, etc.
