help again please!

people are trying to send me a pm but they keep being told my inbox is full thAT i have to delete some. I have ntohing in tehre. I delete them as soon as I answer them all. what is happening here? and hwo do I fix it?

I think you also need to delete the 'sent' file ones, Beverly.
