HELP again please!!!

My Dh has advanced to Chief in the CG, and my parents are doing a bbq this weekend to celebrate, well, to make a long story short, my dad wants to 'pin' something funny for his collar, and I'm at a loss to find something. His new rank insignia is an anchor, and we're looking for something funny that dad can use. I can't remember who's made his grumpy stuff here before, but it doesn't need a character, just a funny anchor. Thanks!!!
