Help & Advice needed please - Table Centrepieces

Hi everyone,

My DF and i would really like to name our tables after Disney characters/ parks.

Does anyone know if i can purchase any centrepieces of the character or park monument?

I live in the UK so not too sure what is available in the US but i am willing to have it shipped over if they exist.

Can anyone advise me on where to look or who to enquire with? I looked on the Lenox website but they dont really have anything.

I dont want anything too large as i will be having large flower displays on the tables but just a figurine with a bit of height that would represent the table name.

for characters a lot of them have snow globes. Some rides have something. I'd search Ebay and you'll find tons of stuff. I don't know if DisneyShopping ships international.

Thanks characterfan... ive had a look on ebay and have now decided that i would love to just have the novelty license plates as the name placecard for the tables i.e. magic kingdom, epcot etc

Most of the sellers for these are based in the US and so whilst im happy to pay shipping im not sure if my orders would be subject to customs tax and import vat too and all this together will start to make everything quite expensive.

Im not in florida now until my honeymoon so i cant get them myself

Are there any UK brides going to florida this year who wouldnt mind picking up what i need and then posting them to me? That would be alot cheaper for me than the international costs.

If anyone could help i would be eternally grateful

We used Characters for our table names and got these guys through the World of Disney at DTD, you can call the WDW shopping line and order anything they have on property:

I would really like the license plates but they dont sell them online... i have emailed wdw merchandising team but i dont think im gonna like the cost of the shipping fees once they get back to me.

Do you think if i purchased from them and asked them to send my stuff to a location in wdw for someone to collect and bring home for me they would allow this? Im sure they wont as they'll lose money that way but i cant see the harm in it, can anyone else?
