HELP - Adding add'l person in room during free dining

Hi,

We are booked at POP 9/21-9/27 for free dining with the bounceback promo..We have 2 Adults, one 3 yr old and a child who will be one at time of travel. Anyway, my mom lives a few hours away and offered to come and babysit for a few days if we wanted. So, I know she can stay in our room for free and she will need a one day ticket, but does she need any additional days of tickets?? And would she get free dining for one day or length of stay?

Just trying to decide how this would work or if she may want to get her own room to avoid days of tickets she doesn't plan to use

She needs to have the same package as you do. So if you have more than 1 day tickets you should need to have the same.

I believe there will be a nominal charge for adult #3.

If she is going to be on the package with the dining she will need to be there the same dates and same # of tickets as everyone else.

However, you may want to call the hotel directly to double check because you should be able to add your mom right at the resort when she arrives as a "room only" which will not give her any tickets or dining.

I did this in Dec. my sister was at Wilderness Lodge on a package with dining plan. I decided to go down the next day so when I got to the airport I went to Magical Express and told them I was being added to the reservation later in the day. So I got the transportation. Once my sister checked in later in the day they were able to add me to the reservation as a "room only". That way I was "legal" & got a room key, and could do the extra magic hours. They also gave us a blow up mattress at no charge.

I think the fee for the third adult in a value resort room is $15 plus tax. But it could be $10. I researched it at one point, but we changed our plans and didn't need it.

For free dining, I believe she would need to be on the same plan as everyone in the room. Could be wrong, through! Hope so!
