Hi, I am a student from Mid Michigan Community College. The following is a survey I create for one of my assignments. Please take a few minutes to finish the survey. I am posting this survey on different forums so I can collect enough information. If possible, please tell your friends about this survey. Thank your for your time.

This survey is related with economy crisis. There are 16 questions. 15 of them are multiple choices, 1 is a short anwser, and a comment section at the end. A more detailed explanation is in the survey.

We had just experienced a economic crisis during the past few year, and we are now on the recovering stage. However, we are recovering in a much slower pace than what we expected. Some people are saying that this is because we are not spending enough. The purpose of this survey is to testify this saying.

I would rewrite this as:

We have just experienced an economic crisis over the past few years, and we are now at the recovering stage. However, we are recovering at a much slower pace than what we expected. Some people believe that this is because we are not spending enough. The purpose of this study is to test this belief.

Overall your message is understandable, but you've made some fairly classic ESL mistakes. Hope this helps.

Question 4 is a little vague, is your intent to determine the amount of non-recurring spending (ie. coffee, lunch, etc.) or all spending (rent/mortgage, car, etc.)?

Question 11, I think you mean, Did you save money during the economic crisis?

Question 12, I think you mean, Are you still saving money right now?
