Help...2nd guessing my original plan

Looking for some advice...our original plan was to hit up DL/DCA June 24-27 (Sun-Wed) but now I'm see in multiple places that the crowds for June 24th will be HUGE and they are going to be using CM parking for guests instead so now we are thinking of splitting up our Disney portion of our trip. Orginally we were going to do all of the Hollywood/LA touristy stuff on the Friday/Saturday before DL but now I think it may be better to do DL on Friday use Sat/Sun for Hollywood and then go back to the parks Mon-Wed...I wasn't real keen on splitting up the park days, but I figured this way we could hit the park hard on Friday, relax for two days, hit the park hard again on Monday and then use the other 2 days to fill in what we missed at a (little bit) slower pace...we have the hotel from Thursday to Thursday and we'll have a rental so those two things aren't a factor...do you think the parks maybe a little less crazy on the new days I'm thinking about out stick with the original plan

I would try to do Disneyland on the weekdays rather than weekends. That said, you are pretty much doomed that week.

It is the last week the local SoCal annual passes can get in for 3 months. Even those weekdays are going to be insanely packed.

Sorry to tell you, but the weekdays will be no protection from crushing crowds.

No doubt it will be busy,but if it was me, I would go with your revised plan. I would go Friday and use the weekend for non-Disney attractions. Weekdays will still see the AP crowd, but I suspect the vast majority of them work during the day, so the mornings until around 4-5 shouldn't be terrible. Get there early, collect FP's for later in the day.
