There are several options from disney transportation (most expensive, I think) to renting 2 passenger vans one way MCO to port canaveral (least expensive and very easy) to town car service, needing more than one to fit everyone and their luggage. Its your comfort level, which to choose to do.
We had a group of 25 and rented 4 cars from Budget using the Dis code for a full size.
Also had free upgrades so we ended up with an Explorer, F150 Ext cab pickup, a Marquise and a Fusion.
The pickup worked great for the luggage! And it still sat 5 in the cab.
We picked our vehicles from the Doubletree location but the prices were the same for MCO. Each vehicle was around $40
I looked into the vans, but they rent for almost $200 a day and we would need at least 2 and they dong have much room for luggage
