Hi all! Some of you may know my from the DLRP / UK / scrapping forum but I am new to this one.
My name is Kirsty and I am 24 from London, England.
Now I bet most of you will think I am not very heavy to start (I am 126 lb) but I have been very slim in my time (I am 5.2 in height and was about 105 lb when I met the boyf 3.5 years ago!).
For me it is all about the exercise I think. I LOVE food and find it too difficult to try and cut out "types" of food like carbs or fats, so I just let myself have whatever I want manily but in sensible portions and not every day.
I need some serious motivatino to exercise - anyone wanting an email buddy I am your girl! I used to run a lot last year (did a few 5 km races) but didnt really enjoy it and it slipped. I have an exercise bike at home and some free weights, I also have a little step machine at the boyfriend's and one of those gym ball things which I have never used!
Anyway enough rambling from me, just wanted to say hi and am hoping to learn lots from everyone!
Kirsty xx

I have been as low as 105, but did not like my body that way nor did I feel comfortable that weight (I am medium framed). Your weight is a personal choice, so no passing judgement here!
