Oh yeah you have to watch out for the seagulls while you are there for sure. My dad and I once sat an watched a seagull literally steal a closed bag of popcorn from underneath a stroller and proceed to rip it to shreds to get what was inside, it was crazy. They have no fear at all.
I almost had some food stolen out of my hands when we were doing the dolphin feeding. The seagulls see the fish you are trying to feed to the dolphins and they will swoop down to try and steal it. And they are HUGE too, you don't realize that till you see one up close!
I know, their size alone is enough to scare you. How did they get so big? There like mutant's of some kind. We have big Raven's up here. They are the toughest birds. It is freezing cold outside and they just sit on the metal light posts like nothing. It always impresses me just how hardy they are. But our's have it easy compared to the one's in Fairbanks which is about 400 miles north of us. It gets 65 below zero there. And those big birds live outside in that.
And you guys have snakes and lizards and crawly things. That is one thing we do not have that i am soooo thankful for.

I should be happier. Just one of those things. I went to go see Black Swan last night with DH - it was really good, but just such a downer. We both had weird dreams last night, and I really do feel like the psycho black cloud followed us home! Funny how things can affect you, huh?
You get to relax for almost a week and you didn't plan a trip to DL???? You really must be sick!
Do you ever get to enjoy the snow?
