I'm so glad someone posted this thread. I needed to vent too! I have been waiting impatiently for Sept hours!!!!! I am so bummed they do not have fireworks & nightime parades daily at MK. That may totally mess up my plans. How dare they!!!! I just don't think I can wait until 7/5!!!!!!!!

In the past they haven't had fireworks at MK everyday, but that was before Wishes. I am being optimistic and believe that they will have fireworks everyday during Sept. Come on Disney, prove me wrong - I dare you !

I am planning to have a very busy weekend and when I log on on Monday, there better be some hours.

I am going from 8/31 - 9/8. There is nothing worse than having your vacation split over 2 different months. I know the hours for my first night and now had to wait 30 days to find out about the rest.

Count me in as another impatient September traveler.

I'm mostly concered with when Wishes and Spectro will run because our first Saturday there is Night of Joy and we will not be attending that.

I hope they will have both sometime during the week since my friend has never been there and I would hate for her to miss those.

Is there an official disney website that releases the hours first or should I just be patient and wait to read it here?

My TA tells me I usually know things about disney before she does because of these boards

Me Too Me Too!! I have been checking the link on the DIS homepage that says fireworks and parades show times. Is that the best place to be looking? I would really like to be able to make my PS arrangements This is really bothering the obsessive compulsive planner in me Keep us posted!


Will also be at POP the week of Sept 25-Oct 2 - see some of you there I'll have my lime green mickey head on- keep an eye out for me and DBF- you can't miss us- we'll be the giant 6'5" and 5' 11" people

carone, honestly, I'm not stalking you, but it seems like we keep checking the same threads.

I, too, am awaiting hours for September. I heard that Spectro might be held on Labor Day, which is the first full day of our trip.

I've never seen them and I'd really like to.

REally, it's beyond a joke when you can make PS's and you haven't any hours to work by, they should be there 1st July Really hoping for a Spectro on the same day I made a PS!!

After you log onto disneyworld.com - there is an icon midway down on the left side marked "calenders" - they post the hours of the park then.

As for Night of Joy - I was told last year then had spectromagic the night before it started and then Tues of the weekend following. If you are going Sat to Sat - they usually try to get at least one in a week. From what I heard it is VERY crowded for that show so get a spot EARLY!! Even though the crowds are down in Sept, cramming everyone that is there for one week vacations into one show is tough. The economy is doing better and Disney is seeing increased numbers of guests since last year. I hope they increase Spectromagic to at least 2-3x a week to prevent the cramming. I also heard to not go to MK the whole day of Spectromagic. It is their busiest day of the week. If you have a hopper pass go to another park and then head over to MK at dinner.

Nights of Joy are supposed to be having fireworks everynight. Definately there last night which is Sat. If that is your first day and you are not going to any parks - you can watch the fireworks from the poly beach which is FUN and will get you in the disney mood!!!

I think we'll head to Epcot on our first night - Sept 11th. Then hopefully we can catch Spectro and Wishes later in the week.

We have an UPH so I'm glad we can go to a park on the first day

It is kind of frustrating that you can make PS right now, but don't even know what the hours are going to be for the park.

I'm waiting for the Sept. hours too!!! I'm getting very impatient. I want to get tickets for cirque but, don't want to miss spectromagic or fantasmic. I wish they hurry up and post them. Anyone know what nights MK will have spectromagic??

Just went and checked the WDW website and still no September hours
BUT, they have added Oct to the drop down menu for the month selection...........so maybe, just maybe were getting close gang!

I can't believe they're taking this long to post the hours. Almost all our PS's are lunches so that's not a problem, but it's kind of difficult figuring out evening plans if we don't know where we'll be.
