Hello! Long time fan, new poster

I've been reading this site for about two years after a friend told me to check out the DIS when planning one of our trips. Big fan, have learned so much here! Decided to create an account here a couple of days ago and thought I'd stop in here and say hi (I haven't posted on any forums in ages - AOL Bulletin Boards was probably one of the last places, so I'm a little outta practice LOL)

Thank you! It really has, I've really enjoyed reading everyone's posts in such a wonderful community and continue to do so even after we came home .
We hadn't been in WDW since 2011 and we went totally unknowing for a one-day stop in 2017 (it was a Saturday in MK and we spent the day in lines, lol. I think we'd bought tickets the same day and had no clue about FP+). Our last trips in 2018 and 2019 have been far better-prepared thanks to everyone here!

Same here Leigh L...especially using AOL boards part...but have viewed these and other boards for a long time. Great advice and joined because this board seems best.

Yep...the internet has changed alot. I sure miss "You've Got Mail"....lol. I retired early and now we full time RV so planning is alot different than before(no more airfares, rental cars etc...). We are currently at a park about 50 minutes from property and are driving to EP today for Food and Wine(our 3rd trip there within the last 3 weeks). I am determined to get something from every booth...lol.

I have been reading from this site for years too. I have learned some great tips and ideas and love how helpful the members are. So, "Hi!" to all newbies and I hope that I might be able to help someone one day too!
