I think the difference between Mickey Mouse and Hello Kitty is that Mickey Mouse appeals to everyone. Our parents loved him, we love him, and our kids will love him. He's golden, he's older than dirt but still very popular. He's a part of everyone's childhood.

HK is something rather new that only really appears to girls because it's so girly. I don't see a whole channel dedicated to her. I don't see 100s of characters under the Sanrio name. But that's just me.

As was I. I'm not making fun of anyone for liking Hello Kitty, I just don't know why people like here. Same with Disney, a lot of people don't like Disney but I'm not going to ridicule them for it. I was just stating why some of us feel the way we do.

Yeah, maybe some of us are obsessed with Mickey, but it's better than being obsessed with weed or Rx drugs or something.

I can't say much since I like to watch Johnny and the Sprites, My friends tigger and pooh, and mickey mouse clubhouse. I never got into dora and hello kitty, I thought they were boring. Lol.

Sanrio characters are adorable. I used to watch Hello Kitty when I was little, but it wasn't my fave. I liked it but yeah.
