Someone posted this on Facebook of the hail. I can see where it might make people think that it is snow.

Yeah, I can see where people would get the snow idea from, but that is definitely hail. Still not fine enough for snow. Looks cool in all the greenery though!

It cost me $67 last week to fill my van and I had a quarter of a tank of gas at the time.

Wow, I am glad I don't have a van. I am hoping prices go back down again after spring. They usually do, somewhat.

Andrea, I got a new friend on goodreads earlier from disboards who is from Red Deer. Talk about a small world.:goodvibes

Yeah, it is obviously hail from the picture. I think the storm is over with, I haven't heard any thunder for about 10 minutes.

Yeah they normally go down after Memorial Day here towards the end of May. I sure hope it goes down.

Gas prices scare me. I'm glad in the past 2 weeks I've only used half a tank. Here's to hoping I can hold off until my next paycheck. That's an extra $50 in my bank account.

We are on our third tank since last Thursday.:scared1: I have told the kids there aren't going to be anymore out of town concerts for a while.

That's not bad at all. I am usually using about that much, as long as I stay in town. A trip to Calgary and back if I don't drive around the city costs me about half a tank, sometimes a little more.

I have no idea how small your area is but I was amazed to see Amanda was from Red Deer. Oh and she is a major Twilight fan!!

We have about 80,000 in our city. I know a couple Amanda's. One who actually got me into Twilight, but I am pretty sure it's not her, she is not a big enough Disney fan to be on the boards.

Wow, that's a lot of gas!

And I know gas wont go all the way back down to what it was, it never does. But usually it comes down slightly.

This Amanda is going to WDW in about 5 and a half months.

And I know it won't go completely down but a little bit would be nice.

I am really liking these! But they are $40. I get my flipflops every year from *cough" wal-mart *cough* for $4. And they last me all summer. They would probably last me longer, but I always like to get a new pair every year.

And I really like these too, but I will wait this time to see if they come to our stores before paying too much money for shipping!

Me too without a doubt.

I would love to just have a plan in the works, it wouldn't matter how close it was.

Me too! I am still hoping that next Feb, we can go down during the girls trip, even if it's not for the actual girls portion, then maybe I can arrange to finally meet Jessica. And possibly a few others. :goodvibes

Wow! You know when we went in June Kody bought herself a pair that little Mickey's all over them. They lasted her all summer, the print is gone but you know they didn't break.

That is really cute.

Yeah, I am not gonna be going to the girls trip. I am hoping to figure out a way to get a family trip planned.

Andrea, that would be so awesome if you could! The Girls Only/Diva trip is so much stinking fun!! I had such a blast this year and I can only imagine how fun next year will be with some new rides open and what not.

Michele - Hope you're able to get a family trip planned!

I don't think I will officially be going to the girls trip, cause I'll have Dillon with me (baby will stay with Grandparents), but I may be able to do an activity or two and have some fun with the girls. We will work our best on it! Just gotta figure out what our costs are here once we have the baby.
