hello from vegas

Right now I am sitting in the food court of the Excalibur hotel. Been here since yesterday and already done a lot.

Gambled. Won $55 this morning. Took the monorail from mgm to paris. Then came back relaxed and got the bus from Tropicana to a good will store where I found 2 Disney world shot glasses

Then came back and sat at a black jack table . Won $80. This is all today.

Yesterday I got into town and got my room at 3pm. I got a free upgraded room for the 3 nights. Won in the casino and went to the arcade at NY NY yesterday where I won 710 tickets. Yey.

Update

I gambled away all my winnings...I did spend some of it at the mall of Vegas stitch vinylmation lol.

Checked into silver sevens and was so disappointed with it I totally broke down crying. I had to switch rooms because my original room smelled and was dirty.

My new room the ac doesn't work and the walls are paper thin so when my neighbors got in the room at 3 am being loud and obnoxious totally woke me up....this was the last straw.

I first asked to switch rooms but they said they were booked so I booked the Excalibur hotel again for Sunday and Monday night... I will have to endure another night here since it was $134 at the Excalibur for one night and got the two nights for only $74 from booking.com app.

Today is my b day and this trip feels like a trip from hell even though my weather widget says I am in paradise nv. Lol

So i am home from Vegas... Kind of feels weird because it's been a long night.
My flight was supposed to leave vegas at 4:08pm (PT) but it had malfunctioned right as we took off... Literally. The front wheel was off the ground but the plane just stopped and skidded and stuff and there was smoke-smell.

The weirdest thing was the plane had to be met by fire trucks when it came into vegas... I don't know why they decided to board it again with people when they knew it had problems. So after it malfunctioned we all went back to the terminal and got online for guest services where we got a $7.00 voucher for food and I got on the 10pm flight from Vegas to Newark. It was packed. I got a middle seat which i hated.

But i'm home now which feels weird. like my eye sight is not adjusting to the new scenery. Weird.

Sorry to hear your trip was not so good. I no longer stay at hotels on the strip or hotels I don't know about. I stay at the Desert Rose and love it. Hopefully it will go better if you return to vegas. I guess it was better for the plane to do what it did then, instead of trying to land like that.

I love the Excalibur. Every time I stay I seem to get a FREE upgrade.
The Silver Sevens is the worst though. That's what I didn't like..
