Hello from NY!

I've been a lurker for a while but thought it was time to introduce myself. My name is Kim and my husband and I have 3 daughters-ages 5, 4, and 1. We love all things Disney! We've been taking the girls to DW twice a year since my oldest was 2 so that makes for maybe 8 trips as a family so far? It helps that my parents have a house in the area so we save a bundle of money not having to pay for accomodations. We have trip #9 coming up in April! Yay! Add that to all the times I've gone as a kid, and well,
I've lost count. We just got tickets to PPP and are really excited to check it out as we've never been. We do MNSSHP every year and LOVE it so I'm hoping this one is great, too.

HI Kim! Have fun in April! It must be very nice to have family in the area. Plus I'm sure they get excited to see the girls so you have some time to relax too. When I go away it feels more relaxing just to be home sometimes.

Hi Kim, Where in NY are you from? We live in Rochester (Upstate) and are also a Disney lovin' family. We have 3 children as well, 2 girls 4 & 6 and a son 3. We've been to Disney with the girls 4 times but this December will be our sons first visit, we can't wait. Enjoy the boards!!!

Disneychix-My parents actually see the girls quite often. They live about a mile down the road from us. The house in Florida is their vacation home. Works for me! My Dad actually bought that house so all of his grandkids and future grandkids would have a place to stay near DW. Plus, I think it's a law that all NYers must either get a vacation house, timeshare, or just up and move to Florida once they reach a certain age.

I am from Rochester New York. I have a daughter 14 and a son 10. April is a great time to go. We usually do beginning of May. When I leave NY I want to make sure it is going to be WARM when I go, so I tend to stay away from going down earlier than March!
