Hello everyone!

We booked our first ever Disney holiday this week- we're heading across the pond to WDW next August for a week at Saratoga Springs :)

I'm crazily excited, and busy finding out as much as I can as I bide my time for our big trip. My DH is already bored of my excitement (he'll get excited once August rolls round!), so I'm glad I found here to plan and be excited with everyone!

Looking forward to talking to you all,

Clare

....I will also be across the pond next August as well.:rotfl2:

have fun and take plenty of pics.:goodvibes

Hellooooo!!

I too booked yesterday, from England, 2 weeks staying offsite 24th July - 7th August. This will be our first trip. My partner like yours....... she'll get excited when it rolls around, unless then its just forums and planning for meeeeeeee (which does not bother me AT ALL)

Today is Disney Day, baking Disney cookies ( I told work I would if I booked it so that's a lot of cookies to bake!) Watching Disney films and writing in our Magical Kingdom Planner which I bought off Ebay! what dates are you going?o D

Looking forward to planning, making reservations and just general Disneying!!

Have you been to DisneyParis?

I've not been to DL Paris. I always said Florida first or not at all!

We weren't planning a big holiday next year originally, but my Granny died last month, and I had always said I would use my inheritance to go to WDW. We also had a £200 refund from BA to use up too, so it just all worked out very neatly... can't wait!

Welcome, you will love the world it is a magical place. The cast members are always helpful and friendly. There is so much to do and see. If your coming in summer just be ready for the heat. Have a great time and welcome to the U.S.A.

Welcome. We are also going to WDW from wngland next year 6th August - 26th August. Plan plan plan is all I do (and just like you DH gets excited in August- all the more planning for me!)

I'm also new and from England. How exciting to be planning your first trip! I'm sure you will have a magical time, especially with all the planning and research you're going to be doing before you go

We are going to Disney World in April, second time as a family but I went lots of times as a child and got married at the Wedding Pavilion. I am really getting stuck into the planning now, but just like you and UK Mum of 4 said, my hubby will get excited just before we go. I am telling him all about the research I've been doing and the plans I've made so far, but I think at the moment it's going in one ear and out of the other. Good job he trusts me with the itinerary ;)
