Hello everyone! New to Disboards!

Hi all! I am excited to finally introduce myself. Like some other posters, I created my account a little while ago but have mostly lurked and now finally have gotten around to making the official intro! You can call me TuneTownMagic!

I am excited to enter the Disboards community and have some great conversations! I love the magic of Disney and can't imagine life without visiting the "second home" for so many of us, Walt Disney World!

I like planning trips with different family members, and try to go back when its possible.

Just a snippet about myself...I love music (especially Disney and Disney park music) and different cultures and learning new things! Also am a bit of a foodie too! Love to read and to travel!

Can I ask where is the best place to start interacting on the boards? I have posted in just a handful of threads in different categories and was not sure where to fit myself in as a newbie.

I have been trying to post but not having much success. I will be at WDW Carribbean Beach Resort (One night at AK) from 2/29/12 to 3/5/12. I have been to Disney six times over the years but this is the first time I will be traveling alone with my 12 yo (soon to be 13) grandaughter. Although i am certain we will have a grand time I was wondering if there are other solo grandparents or parents traveling at the same time with a child or grandchild close in age that might want to connect. The kids might enjoy someone closer to thier own age to enjoy the wonder of Disney and the whole magical experience than just hanging with "Papa". Well we are getting excited and counting the days until we arrive cant get enough of WDW magic. There is always something new or that even with six prior visits that I managed to miss.
