Welcome Mycutekitties! I hope you have an awesome time at DLR ;)

Welcome to DISboards! :goodvibes

Congrats on your 9 year anniversary ! :dance3:

I hope you have fun on your trip!

Welcome to the party!!! :) Are you bringing your kitties on your 9 year anniversary trip?

Nope just the 2 of us. :) First time we can do our own thing and not have to push strollers all over!! lol
We are going to eat at the Blue Bayou (sp?). We would never dare with our kiddos. :)

Welcome to the boards!! We live a bit farther than you do so your drive is shorter. :) Enjoy your anniversary in DL!!! Make sure you get buttons and enjoy the BB. My girls love it there. :)

Welcome! Wow, I haven't been to Modesto or anywhere near it since 1986, probably. (I live in L.A.) I recall driving up the I-5 to get there and there was nothing around for miles but trucks and fields and a few cows here and there.

Anyway, have a great time at DLR!

Welcome! Have a great time in Aug. DH and I just spent our 5th Anniversary there. Make sure to get your Happy Anniversary buttons :)

How can you leave the kiddies at home? I can see if you were doing someplace like Aruba, London or Monaco, but Disneyland is all about the kiddies!

LOL because EVERY time we go we can never ride on anything together. Our last time the only thing we wanted to go on (POTC) we didn't go on because it's all about the kids. The kiddos will have been 4 times this year so I don't feel guilty at all. :)
:rotfl:

That is just fine. Parents need to have time to date each other to be loving parents and keep their marriage strong. Welcome and enjoy your trip.

:welcome: What a wonderful way to spend your anniversary

Welcome to the Diz Sarah:)
I think you need adult only time away from children and if you and hubby choose DL, well, by all means, have an absolutely fabulous time! What a great way to celebrate an anniversary.

:welcome: Hope you and your DH have an incredible trip together. Someday DH and I will do the same. I have heard of your town, one of my best friends used to live in Ripon.

DL is not just about children, it's about having fun!! I went last year with my DBF, my BFF and her DBF. We had so much fun!!!! It was very different being there without the kids and we did miss them but it was so worth it to go without them! LOL There are always people there without kids so the blanket assumption that DL is only for kids always surprises me.
OP have FUN!!!!

My DH and I will be going to celebrate our 30th over Labor day week....can't wait.
