I sent a request for a quote to Dreams Unlimited on Feb 19th. I got a nice reply stating the agent was working on the quote the same day. To date I have not heard anything back. I've sent a couple request for an ETA but no response.

The original response stated that it takes a little longer to process quotes for multiple rooms ( mine had multiple) but 2 weeks feels a little long.

Has anyone used this TA ? Is this the norm? Am I being pushy :confused3
 
I would suggest emailing the agent who contacted you directly. I am sure they would be happy to help you out. I can tell you it definitely does not take 2 weeks to get a quote, so there possibly could be an email issue/computer glitch.

I am using them for our upcoming trip. When we first did the reservations, I got a quote but couldn't make our decision in time. I had a difficult time with the first agent I worked with, and ended up switching to someone else. Since then, they have been GREAT---and it only took 1 day for our reservations each time and we had multiple rooms too.

I would email your person and if you don't get a response, call or fill out your request form again. It has been worth it using them, even though we got off to a rocky start as well. :dance3:
 

I had problems with Dreams Unlimited too. I ended up going with another agency and am now very satisfied with the service.

Too bad, for DU. I am now in the process of booking a 24 member family cruise (with the other agency). :confused3
