any seniors who are Disney nuts and would enjoy someone to share a trip with?:cool1: :cool1: :dance3: :cheer2:

please email if interested an Disney trip always sounds great.

As my mother would say, "Who are you calling a senior?" Getting older may be mandatory, but growing up is always optional. The older I get the younger 50-65 is looking.

I'm 67, widowed, and work two days a week at WDW. I am (almost) always willing to meet other singles (especially women).

Mike

Glad to hear that there are other Disney seniors out there.
i have been wanting to go to Disney again. I lost my husband last year when we were in Disney. We have had many trips good and bad ones to Disney. Now would love to meet another Disney lover in Disney or even just talk.

Pleas:yay: :cool1: :cheer2: e PM me if you want to.

Cheshire Figment sounds like you have a wonderful job working for Disney.

I'm 59 and am going solo to WDW this week for the pin event. Have been on about 4 other solo trips there in the past. Always enjoy my trip very much!

I.m going in Feb Would love to meet up with another Disser. Where do you work?
I work at the Front Gate at Typhoon Lagoon. About 3/4 of the time as a Greeter, the rest of the time in either Tickets or Guest Relations. And Wednesdays and Thursdays are my only availability for work, so I usually have a great schedule.

For a lot more information about me look at my profile on DisMates or a post in the "In Memorium" forum here that I started about three years ago.

I loved to trade pins and had a lot of fun doing this. Favorites are mickey & minnie ones.

Nice to hear from other disney senor nuts.

Anyone who has gone by themselves, do you find that it would have been nice to share the fun with another?

I'm about to be 52 and have made a few trips with just a gf or solo meeting up with CF..he is a great guy to meet and have fun with both in and out of the parks!!! Thanks to him I've done things I wouldn't have normally done...and look forward to my next solo trip down there to see him and have fun in the parks again!!! DJ

working for disney must be a lot of fun and good stories any you want to share?

well I don't work there but I can tell you of some fun times!!! I went last year to the NFFC Convention where I met the Original model for TinkerBell, the man who did Jiminey Cricket's voice, the man who designed the first Mickey Watch, animators, sculpters, writers and Disney fans of all ages! We had dinners with the Disney Famous, heard lots of great stories, got to buy Disneyana collectibles before they were offered elsewhere and enjoy the parks as well...then I went again for Mousefest and really had a blast!!! They had all kinds of games set up for us to play inside the parks, we met to ride rides together, eat meals together, watch fireworks, look for Hidden Mickey's, tour the parks in a different way with fans who have an inside scoop...lots of prizes, laughs and memories!!!
