I used to be a regular poster on here years ago when our son and daughter were teeny and we managed to fit in a DLP trip most years mainly due to them not being school aged! Our last trip was in 2012 with our newest addition who was 8 months at the time and who is now 3 and would just love to visit Disneyland-such a great age for the magic!
I just happened to have a look on the website today as I do every now and again and have just booked a very reasonable priced stay for April 2016!
It is much more difficult now we are 5 and the little one is too big for a cot, we had looked earlier in the year and couldn't get availability for a family room in any hotel for October or April next year and it was looking like the only way we were going to be able to do it was to book two separate room (which would have hopefully been adjoining) so I was absolutely delighted today to manage to get a family room in NBC. We have stayed at Sequoia and New york several times so I am really excited to be staying here especially as I have just realised that the rooms are all in the process of being refurbed which makes it even better!
As a family this must be our 6th visit but it will be the first one our 3 year old will remember and I am sure our still princess loving 8 year old and 11 year old son will be super excited when we tell them (although isn't such a big cars and toystory fan as he once was
.
In all our visits we have never done the Auberge Princess lunch so I think I might take the girls this time and let the boys go off on a rollercoaster afternoon! Plus Ratatouille looks amazing so even though we are old hands it looks like there are lots of exciting new things to look forward to ! Seems ages away just now but I enjoy the planning process
