Helicopter rides

Hi,

It is my fathers birthday on 3rd April and we are looking to take him on a surprise helicopter ride. Can anyone recommend one

We went on a ride last year, can't remember the name of the company, but they are on the 192 next to the 'Big Orange'. No booking required, just turn up and wait.

If you don't know what the 'Bog Orange' is, drive 'East' along the 192 from WDW and about 2 miles after the 'I4' you will see a Big Orange on the left. If you get to the 'Big Orange' you have gone about 100 yards too far.

We intend trying Air Florida Helicopters when we go this year.

If any of your party are on a slightly larger side please remember to ask about weight as I know the one on International drive went from letting people ride at 19 stone to 15 stone. They don't ever tell you on the phone either and one of our party could not ride as she was 3lbs too heavy

We have done both helicopter rides one from the 192 and air florida helicopters, both offered a range of rides in price and area if flies, the best one we did was to fly close to universal, we even got the part of jaws ride where the gas tanks explode on video, the whole ride was amazing and the photos and video are brilliant. Seeing disney from the air is out of this world.
