Height Requirement for Kali River Rapids?

Passporter and Unofficial guide say 42"....disneyworld website, and official guide say 38"....can anyone confirm the height requirement for me? DD is 40.75" so I don't even want to mention it if she can't go on it. Thanks!

Must be at least 38 inches tall to ride. For safety and comfort, you should be in good health and free from heart, back, or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.

Looks like she'll be able to ride! Have fun. I love Kali River Rapids. It's a lot of fun!!

I do believe it is 38" and if I recall correctly the height stick they used on ouor last trip wasn't even that high. DS was right at 38 inches when we went and he cleared by a good inch without even wearing his "big" shoes.

She should have no problem making the ride.

I have the official map guide from the park from our visit in October. No questions about it, the height requirement is 38". Have fun, you might get soaked!!

The height is 38", but if the child is under 42" they will put them in a seat that a bar comes down. Its just something little to hold on. We were just on it in October, have a great ride.

My niece was right at 38 inches and got a special bar pulled down for her to hold onto. I think you have to be over 40 (or 42) not to have the bar. She loved the ride and one time another little boy on our raft had the bar - so I think each raft has at least 2. They put a wrist band and stamped it after they measured her so the cast members loading her would know she needed the bar.
