Height limit for BabyTrend Sit and Stand?

We have one of these at the grandparents house. It never gets used, because we preferred our Bob jogger. But the Bob is such a pain to fold, we are thinking of dragging the sit and stand out of storage for next Disney trip. I see a weight limit on the sit and stand, but what heights of kids can fit comfortably?

You can probably find height and weight limits on the website for the manufacturer.
Does your SnS fold easily? The one I had was a pain to fold and bulky when folded.
If your Bob is a double I'd prefer that since both seats could recline.
