I may have a record. A couple of winters ago when I was working the gate at the Studios I stopped 13 kids in two hours and had them take the wheels out.
Also, if the CM measuring for attractions thinks the soles of the shoes are making the child much taller than he or she really is, the CM will not allow the child on the attraction.
Slightly off topic, but why do you put "policy" in quotes in this thread? It is Disney's policy that Heelys aren't allowed, even if they don't always enforce it enough. I have seen them enforce it a few times, though I've also seen kids skating by with heelys so clearly they don't catch everyone.

I have heard that for a while now and had never seen it. . . but I finally saw it for the first time in July. There was a little girl wearing really tall flip-flops and the CM made her step out of them to be measured. Her mom looked mad. I don't know if he would have done the same thing if she had been wearing actual sneakers or not.
because disney's so-called "policies" are just that,,,"so-called" go back and check my other threads about my encounter with their "policies" and you will see what i mean.
Actually, this is one i have seen enforced pretty strictly, at least in the MK. I saw several CM's stop kids whizzing by on the things when we were there in Nov.
