Please keep yourself hydrated and allow yourself ( and kids or others with you) time to cool off.
My parents arrived here on Wednesday and my dad, who is 70, has not been drinking enough and thinks he's a teenager who can keep going and going.
Today got the best of him and we had to call medics to Animal Kingdom. He's fine now but got overheated and dehydrated. We are all headed back to FW to cool off before dinner.

I can't resist throwing what our parents have told us ad nauseum right back at them! 
My son's already learning the joy of doing this, himself.
