We are going on our very first trip to DW in June with all 4 of our kids. Our youngest Isa(age 3) is aided in both ears. I keep hearing about misters while waiting in lines and people using those mist fans etc....is it safe for her to stand in lines or are her HA's going to get wet? I really don't want her going without them so she can hear everything fully but really don't want to end up ruining 2k HA's. I would cry. LOL
Thanks!!

We are here now with a son with a baha. He hasn't worn it much because I worry about crowds knocking it off (it sticks out from his head) but misting hasn't been a problem. We just walk around them. Granted, some may not be on this time of year, but the lines have all been dry for us.

My husband has worn bilateral hearing aids for years. He has never encountered a problem with misters, or even rain, for that matter. If she wears a hat with a brim on it, she should be fine. You might want to remove them for Splash Mountain or Kali, though.

Great thanks! She's not quiet big enough to go on Splash mountain. She's almost 3.5yrs but she's about the size of a 2yr old. :)
