Heard this about codes

I called today to see what the rates were for CSR for Springbreak, 2005 and of course the rates were not that great with just AAA, $148.00 I think. The CM did tell me though to check back the end of October as their 2005 codes will start coming out then.

Disney list codes where you can save alot of money. The codes, if available will be listed a few months ahead of time. I have not used one yet. I am going to book the times I want in Feb and then hope a discount code comes out and that I am lucky enough to apply it. Check mousesavers.com.

dmen: you can book now to assure that you get the resort that you want - then when the codes are released, you can have the discount applied to your existing reservation!

I think that the folks who frequent the disboards and mousesavers often have a more accurate idea of when codes will be released that some of the CMs do. Illustrations:

1. CM told me that AAA rates for 05 would not be released until December, when they had actually been released 3 weeks prior.
2. CM told me that an unlimited number of rooms could be booked with AAA rates, so you didn't have to worry about them running out. Wrong! They are already out of AAA rooms for YC of Mem. weekend '05.
3. In September '04, CM checked to see if there were any AP rates out for November '05...I could have told her that it was way early for that!

Oh - I sure hope that the CM was right about the end of Oct. My DH always plays golf and he is pressuring me to book someplace so he can start making his Tee times on Oct 9.
