Heard some pecking and some scratching and ....

There are cute little birds pecking at our front door! We thought it was squirrels at first, but I peeked out and there were 2 cute little birds sitting on my doorstep! I think they are "playing" with their reflection in our kickplate! My dog thinks they are cute, too...so do my kids! My cats think they look delicious!

I have had pecking and scratching on my roof from a huge crow. The darn thing starts at the crack of dawn All that CAW-CAW-CAW-PECK- PECK-PECK-CAW-CAW-CAW-SCRATCH-SCRATCH-SCRATCH-CAW-CAW- CAW I'll CAW-SCRATCH-PECK you, 6:30 in the morning on the weekend I think I'm going to buy me a cat this weekend

we had 21 robins in our front yard yesterday ( not including me )

I ran to Target and when I came back one of the little guys was just sitting on my doormat! They are tiny little birds, brown with a grey-whitish underbelly. If my husband was here he would know what kind it is. I have no idea. But they sure do like my kickplate!

my chickens will come up and look thru the storm door if the inside door is open, mostly it's the roosters. If the kids run out and don't check that the door's closed they consider it an invitation to investigate the kitchen.

We have a group of birds.. not sure of the type, that have made our exhaust fan vent their home for 8 years now! We've tried everything to prevent the nesting(steel wool, screens, etc..). We have given up and now know when spring is approaching when the birds are back. It makes the cat crazy... she sits and stares at the oven!!!
