I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on where I could get a healthy CS. I am going with my boyfriend and doesn't like to eat a lot of junk food, so I want to make sure he has some choices. We have a couple of sit-downs already set that should be good. I just remember eating fried food and ice cream the entire time I am there, so hopefully someone has suggestions on how to minimize that, (preferably food that still tastes good too).
Thanks!

Columbia Harbor House has a great sandwich that is hummus, and you can opt out of fries on a lot of other things you order. Salads are abound on most sitdown restaurants, and there are many snacks stands that have fruit. I recall getting Turkey on Multigrain at one of the CS places at DHS, but I forgot which one. Check out the menus on allears.net - great resource for who has what.

Cosmic Rays has a good caesar salad and pinocchio village haus has mediterranean salad with chicken, greens & onions

Lots of places in Epcot, especially in the World Showcase area.

Your resort CS will also have options. Check the Grab 'n Go section for items too.

Breakfast always has some healthy options and is a good breakfast is a great way to start the day.

most restaurants will adapt to special dietary needs, all you need to do is give them a call in advance :)

Luckily, there are quite a few CS places that have things other than burgers and fries! I like Sunshine Seasons (great chicken caesar salad, and also rotisserie chicken and veggies), Cosmic Ray's, and Columbia Harbor House (great sandwiches). I'd suggest checking out the menus in advance (I checked on allearsnet.com) so you can see what the different places offer ahead of time.

BTW, one of the very best meals on my trip last October was at Tambu Lounge at the Poly. They have fabulous lettuce wraps - great grilled chicken, lettuce, other veggies like shredded carrots and cucumber -- healthy, filling, and reasonably priced! Yummmm.

Try Sunshine Seasons in the Land at Epcot. They have rotisserie chicken, salmon, fresh salads and sandwiches..lots of fresh, healthy options.

Thanks for the suggestions!
I was looking at the menus to make my ADRs, but I am going to look into it for the rest of the meals now. Everything sounds yummy!
